“belief is nothing else but a thought repeated over an extended period of time.”
The mighty elephant can grow to weigh 15,000 pounds. Its immense strength frightens the most ferocious animals on earth. It can snatch a tree from the ground! This beast of an animal has a story to tell. And because of it's sad truth, it's a story that you'll never forget.
If you ever visit the circus you may notice an elephant standing with a chain wrapped around his feet. The chain would be tied to a tiny wooden stake which is only partially driven into the ground. The size of the stake is shockingly small—considering the power of the elephant—and the part of the stake that is driven into the ground is even smaller.
Why would anyone think that this can restrain the most powerful animal in the World?
It can't.
But if you were in the mind of the elephant, you would hear...
"I can't".
When the elephant was just a newborn he was chained to the ground in the same fashion. He would push, pull and struggle with all his might, trying to free himself. He would fail again and again... and again. He was no match for his stake and chain. He would end the day exhausted from the fight. The next day he's up and at it again only to fail on day two... and three... and four. Then something terrible happens. He not only gives up, but the memory of his failure is so deeply engrained that he never tries his powers again. The failure from his past has ruptured his very soul.
This "training" applies to humans as well. Does this apply to you? Are you bound by circumstance? Family history? Your environment? A bad choice? Have the people closest to you made you feel inadequate or worse?
What have you falsely believed? Do you know how to conquer it? Do you even know where to begin?
Belief requires action, and an action can be to not act. As of today, it's time to act. Not tomorrow, today. Not later, now. What ails you? Share it on this blog. Someone is likely going through the same thing. They may have started down the path of healing years ago and can help you. Your journey may help someone else. If you're not ready to share, then at minimum, write it down on a piece of paper. Then write down next to it—NO MORE! Research "How to overcome (your issue)". Use our tools by clicking here. Start pulling on your stake and chain. Then share your victory with someone else.
Reverse the chains and release your strength.
